The pizzas were delicious and plenty of toppings. Price-performance ratio fits here great. For dessert we tried the daily recommendation: pumpkin panna cotta and caramel tiramisu. Both absolutely delicious. Compliments to creativity. In addition, the service and the chef were very attentive and very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the great evening.

The best thing about the Italian was the lovely waitress. But immediately afterwards comes the crispy, well-filled pizza and the great antipasti (platter for about 4 people). You can also sit nicely here, the beer garden is also great! BUT: Hopefully we were just unlucky that the cleanliness of the plates was not so good. Greasy residue on several plates, black fingerprints (possibly ash?) And incrustations. Unfortunately, the operator had unnecessarily discussed with us, simply exchanging it would have been enough. Therefore only 3 stars, because service is better ... i.a. Ask more often, take empty glasses / plates with you when you bring something, etc. So there is still room for improvement ... 😉

Ordered a family special pizza and a medium cheese pizza for our family tonight. The family special had whole olives with the stones in on the pizza and I almost chipped a tooth. The cheese pizza wasn’t even sliced up and resembled an old scab. The crust was like an old, stale cracker that tasted dusty. I was hoping I wouldn’t have stomach problems while I was eating.. not a good sign. Dry, bland, and kind of insulting. Never going back.

If you haven't been here before, you've definitely missed something. Best pizza in Franconia. Day ticket the absolute hammer. Try it out, be happy, and let it become your regular pizza.

We can only wonder about the highly acclaimed pizza. We ordered 2 large specials. 32 cm in diameter. Which had so much blank margin that it corresponded only to a 28 cm pizza. That does not work for this price. Also taste rather neutral.

Very very good food and friendly service. Whether pizzas or the daily recommendations. The food is as usual first class. Perfect to recommend after a short climb on the Walberla and then the return in the cozy beer garden.
